Let me just say, when the tables finally arrived, I was impressed. Unfortunately, I ordered the tables Nov.29 and didn’t get them until Jan.28 or Jan.29. That’s horrible and unacceptable. Let me say, EVERYTIME I reached out, I received a reply. The issue is, there were no apologizes, no empathizing, no reassuring me the customer. They would say oh it’s next up to be sprayed or it’ll should be there by such and such date. The date was incorrect and even after I was told it was next, still didn’t get it until almost a month after I was told that. Now I do understand it was the holiday time but it’s still your job to satisfy the customer. I purchased 2 tables for Christmas gifts and it disappointed me and the people the gifts we for. Do better or don’t take a lot of orders around a certain time. I want almost every family member and friend to have a table, it’ll be gift to them but it’s not guaranteed the gift will arrive on time for ppl birthdays. This would’ve been a 5 star review if I didn’t pay for shipping they still took 2 months, the product taking 2 months and your website doesn’t say that plus the paint smear.
