Raiders Custom Made Table
Let me just say, when the tables finally arrived, I was impressed even with a little paint smear on my lakers table. Unfortunately, I ordered the tables Nov.29 and didn’t get them until Jan.28 or Jan.29. That’s horrible and unacceptable. Let me say, EVERYTIME I reached out, I received a reply. The issue is, there were no apologizes, no empathizing, no reassuring me, the customer. They would say oh it’s next up to be sprayed or it’ll should be there by such and such date. The date was incorrect and even after I was told it was next, still didn’t get it until almost a month after I was told that. Now I do understand it was the holiday time but it’s still your job to satisfy the customer. I purchased 2 tables for Christmas gifts and it disappointed me and the people the gifts we for to get them so late.Do better or don’t take a lot of orders around a certain time. I want almost every family member and friend to have a table, it’ll be my gift to them but it’s not guaranteed the gift will arrive on time for ppl birthdays so I’m uneasy to make another purchase.
The Raiders custom table was absolutely beautiful! My 9 year old son was so excited. He LOVES his table that has his favorite team and his name on it. He uses it as a small computer stand. I would have given this review a 5 star but unfortunately I ordered this table on 11/29/24 as a Christmas present, I ordered according to the shipping information posted on the website (products ships 7 to 14 days). Unfortunately after the transaction was completed I received my confirmation email with an estimated delivery date of 1/17/2025. I emailed the company and they responded and confirmed that my delivery date would be January 17, 2025 and that I would not receive my product before Christmas. Which was very disappointing because I ordered according to the websites shipping information. But I did appreciate the quick response from the company and they were very transparent. I received my order on 1/28/2025, I would definitely recommend this company, but I would be cautious of the shipping information posted on the website.
The table is nice but the scripted number was incorrectly written. Overall, my husband likes the table.
The packaging was great , delivery was a success and my dad loved his birthday gift .
